Editing and Critique Services

Structural Editing  Your novel or short story will be scanned for grammar and typo errors. I will also focus on the content, identifying story problems such as character or plot inconsistencies. I will look at your transitions, sentences, and paragraph structure to be sure you are clearly conveying the idea you want your readers to understand. Wordiness will be highlighted and suggestions made as to portions, sentences, or words that can be cut to help make your writing as sharp as it should be.

Proofreading – I will take a “fine-tooth comb” to your manuscript to spot any typos, incorrect grammar, or incorrect or missing punctuation as well as misspellings.

$6.00 per page

$3.00 for any half page or less.
